Users, your market, your competitors?

Users need to be thought about in a couple of ways. Do you have a distinct user group or a collection of user groups potentially visiting your site to create your target audience? How does this build into what you believe your market is?

Do you vist the web offerings of your competitors? You should do this freqently and it is something I would undertake as a matter of course if contracted for your project. If your level of competition is low then you should ask yourself whether you really need a site at all and all the associated costs.

Budget?

Often a thorny issue. To enable me to help you it's important that you have in mind at least a ball park figure for your project. There is no point in wasting your time or mine in discussing possibilites which are financially unfeasible. Activities that may need to be undertaken include:
